About The Role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing user-centric, visually compelling, and highly functional digital experiences across multiple platforms including websites, web applications, and mobile applications. This role primarily focuses on UI/UX design, with an emphasis on creating intuitive interfaces that enhance user engagement and satisfaction. Depending on the candidate's expertise, the role can be structured as 80% UI/UX design and 20% graphic design or as a pure UI/UX position. The Senior UI/UX Designer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business goals and user needs into innovative design solutions that align with our company's standards and vision.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor's degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Fine Arts, or a related field. A minimum of four years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design is essential. Proficiency in modern design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar is required. A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of UI/UX projects for both web and mobile platforms is necessary to showcase your expertise. Additionally, candidates should have a solid understanding of responsive design principles, accessibility standards, interaction design, user flows, and prototyping techniques. Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is preferred but not mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile platforms that align with business objectives and cater to user needs.
- Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and synthesize insights into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs.
- Create, maintain, and update design systems, UI guidelines, and visual assets to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Collaborate effectively with developers, marketing teams, and product managers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
- Participate actively in brainstorming sessions and contribute to product development and enhancement discussions.
- Maintain visual and functional consistency across all digital platforms and interfaces.
- Analyze user behavior, feedback, and analytics to optimize and iterate on existing designs for improved user experience.
