Job Summary
We are looking for a
creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer (Intern/upto 3 years of experience) to join our team. You will design intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Project managers, developers, and the design team to translate business and user needs into engaging designs.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI mock-ups using Figma (primary) and other tools.
- Maintain and evolve design systems, ensuring consistency across platforms.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyse user behaviour (via GA, etc.) to refine designs.
- Apply strong visual design skills (colour theory, typography, layout) for aesthetic and functional designs.
- Prepare assets and ensure smooth developer handoff.
- Contribute to branding, marketing creatives, and design documentation.
Skills Required
- Proficiency in Figma (mandatory) + Photoshop/Illustrator/Adobe XD/Sketch.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, accessibility, and design systems.
- Portfolio demonstrating design process, problem-solving, and visual craft.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail, collaboration, and communication skills.
- (Bonus) Experience in eCommerce, SaaS, or event-based platforms, and knowledge of basic HTML, CSS, Java Script.
