Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience and interview performance)
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Turret Punch Operator who can independently operate and manage turret punch machines while maintaining high standards of quality, productivity, and workplace safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently operate Turret Punch machines.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and production specifications.
- Set up tools and machine parameters as per production requirements.
- Ensure dimensional accuracy and quality of punched components.
- Perform routine machine inspections and basic preventive maintenance.
- Follow safety procedures and company quality standards.
- Coordinate with the production team to achieve daily production targets.
- Maintain proper production records and machine housekeeping.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: ITI (Fitter / Electrician / Machinist / or any relevant technical trade)
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in operating Turret Punch machines independently.
Preferred Industry Experience
Candidates having experience in any of the following companies or similar sheet metal fabrication industries will be preferred:
- Rapid Punching (Faridabad)
- Metafil India
- Spray Technique (Greater Noida)
- Laser Technic Precision Fabrication Pvt. Ltd. (Kasna, Greater Noida)
- DS Enterprises
- Ecotec-2 (Greater Noida)
