Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Tulip Developer to join our team and support the design, development, and deployment of applications on the Tulip platform within a GxP-regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in application development, digital manufacturing, and process automation, with hands-on experience delivering solutions that meet compliance and operational excellence standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and deploy applications on the Tulip platform to support digital manufacturing and quality processes.
- Work with business stakeholders, process owners, and quality teams to translate requirements into Tulip-based solutions.
- Ensure all solutions are developed in alignment with GxP compliance requirements, including proper validation and documentation.
- Integrate Tulip applications with enterprise systems such as MES, ERP, LIMS, and IoT devices.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and workflows to support operations and decision-making.
- Participate in system validation, testing, and change management processes to ensure compliance and quality standards are met.
- Troubleshoot, support, and enhance existing Tulip applications to optimize usability and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Quality, and Manufacturing, to deliver scalable and compliant solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in application/software development.
- 23 years of hands-on experience in Tulip application development within a GxP-regulated pharmaceutical/biotech environment.
- Strong understanding of GxP, GMP, and 21 CFR Part 11 compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in workflow design, app building, triggers, connectors, and Tulip analytics.
- Experience integrating Tulip with enterprise systems (MES, ERP, LIMS, IoT, SQL, etc.).
- Familiarity with validation processes (IQ, OQ, PQ), test documentation, and change control.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with low-code/no-code development platforms.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or process improvement methodologies.
- Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure) and API integrations.
- Familiarity with manufacturing and lab operations in the life sciences domain.
