Manage and coordinate our operations for FITs, groups, and MICE in Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand.
Liaise with local vendors, hotels, transport providers, and activity partners** to ensure smooth execution of travel programs.
Design, plan, and monitor travel itineraries, ensuring cost-effectiveness and high service standards.
Handle client requirements, queries, and escalations** professionally, providing tailored travel solutions.
Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best rates and services.
Ensure compliance with company policies, service quality, and regional tourism regulations.
Support the sales team with accurate quotations, itineraries, and destination expertise.
Monitor ongoing operations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless travel experiences.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience** in travel operations for Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand (preferably with a DMC).
Strong knowledge of destinations, travel logistics, and the tourism industry in the SEA region.
Excellent **communication, negotiation, and client servicing** skills.
Ability to **multitask, problem-solve, and perform under pressure.
Proficiency in MS Office and travel management software.
Fluency in English (knowledge of SEA regional languages is an advantage).
