Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for a Travel Consultant. The Travel Consultant will assist clients in designing and organizing their pilgrimage itineraries, managing travel arrangements, and providing recommendations that align with their needs and preferences. Responsibilities include handling reservations, ensuring customer satisfaction, addressing inquiries, and providing efficient travel-related solutions. The role involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of destinations, travel regulations, and company offerings.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and crafting personalized itineraries
• Proficiency in managing Travel Arrangements and booking accommodations and transportation
• Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to address client needs proactively
• Experience in handling Reservations and ensuring a smooth booking process
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Familiarity with pilgrimage destinations and associated travel requirements is a plus
• Flexibility to work in a dynamic, on-site environment in Noida
• Bachelor's degree in Travel, Tourism, or a related field is preferred
