Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Consultant located in Hisar. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for advising clients on travel options, managing travel plans, coordinating reservations, and ensuring client satisfaction. Additional day-to-day tasks include organizing travel arrangements and providing top-notch customer service to deliver tailored travel experiences.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and coordinating travel arrangements
• Experience in making Reservations and organizing seamless travel plans
• Strong focus on Customer Service with the ability to ensure client satisfaction
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
• Proficiency in travel management systems or related software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism Management, or a related field is preferred
