Position Details:

Job Title: Travel Advisor

Timings: 10 AM - 7 PM (9-hour shift)

Location: Pune (Work from Office)

Compensation:

12,000/month stipend during a 2-month training period (performance based)

4.2 LPA (3 LPA fixed + 1.2 LPA variable) post-training

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Consultant located in Pune. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for managing travel arrangements, providing expert travel advice, handling reservations, and delivering excellent customer service. Daily tasks will involve consulting with clients to understand their travel needs, planning and organizing travel itineraries, and ensuring all travel arrangements are finalized accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements skills
• Customer Service and Reservations skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the travel industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field
