we are seeking skilled and experienced travel consultants to join our hotel engine gds process at our jaipur location. the ideal candidate should have proven hands-on experience with amadeus gds, particularly in flight and car rental bookings. exceptional communication skills (b2/c1 english proficiency) and a customer-first mindset are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
handle domestic and international flight bookings using amadeus gds.
assist customers with car rental and hotel bookings.
provide end-to-end travel solutions and support over calls or email.
ensure accuracy in ticket issuance, reissuance, and cancellations.
maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering quality service.
work effectively within rotational shifts in a 24x7 environment.
Requirements
minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a travel process using amadeus gds.
proficiency in flight and car booking processes.
strong communication skills with b2/c1 level english.
ability to handle customer queries efficiently and professionally.
willingness to work in a rotational shift setup.
