Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Handle outbound travel inquiries via calls, emails, and social media platforms.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable travel packages (honeymoon, family, corporate, etc.).
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings through persuasive communication and strong product knowledge.
- Maintain CRM data accurately and follow up with potential clients regularly.
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth client servicing.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to team revenue goals.
- Build repeat business by offering excellent post-sales service and travel assistance.
- Stay updated on latest travel trends, destinations, airline offers, and partner DMC deals.
- Help in maintaining the digital presence of the company.
