About Latinum:
Latinum is looking for an experienced Transition Manager for a global client to lead end-to-end transition programs across global business operations. The role requires strong expertise in transition planning, governance, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and seamless execution of process migrations within a BPO/BPM environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end transition programs from due diligence through Go-Live and stabilization.
- Develop and execute transition plans, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines and governance frameworks.
- Drive Knowledge Transfer (KT), resource onboarding, training, and technology implementation activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Delivery, Technology, Infrastructure, Quality, and Talent Acquisition to ensure successful transition execution.
- Monitor project risks, drive mitigation plans, and ensure business continuity throughout the transition lifecycle.
- Conduct governance meetings, program reviews, and Steering Committee reviews while providing regular stakeholder updates.
- Ensure completion of transition documentation, tollgate artefacts, dashboards, and successful handover to operations.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Transition Management within a BPO/BPM or Shared Services environment.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end transition and migration programs.
- Strong expertise in Due Diligence (DD), Knowledge Transfer (KT), governance, risk management, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience working in a global delivery environment is preferred.
