Position Overview:

We are seeking a versatile Training Coordinator to join our team. This role involves coordinating training programs, providing counseling to students, and actively assisting in placing students in suitable employment opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education, counseling, and placement services, along with excellent communication and organizational skills.


  1. Training Coordination:
  • Coordinate training programs, including scheduling sessions, managing logistics, and maintaining training calendars.
  • Communicate effectively with trainers, students, and stakeholders to ensure smooth program delivery.
  1. Student Counseling:
  • Provide counseling and guidance to students on course selection, career paths, and academic progress.
  • Address student inquiries, concerns, and challenges promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with instructors and mentors to support student development and success.
  1. Placement Assistance:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with employers, industry partners, and recruitment agencies to identify job opportunities.
  • Assist students in preparing resumes, portfolios, and job applications.
  • Conduct mock interviews, career workshops, and job readiness training sessions.
  1. Placement Coordination:
  • Match students with suitable employment opportunities based on their skills, experience, and career goals.
  • Facilitate job interviews, negotiations, and offer acceptances.
  • Maintain placement records and track student progress post-placement.
  1. Curriculum Support:
  • Assist in developing and updating training materials, presentations, and learning resources.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure curriculum alignment with industry standards and job market requirements.
  1. Administrative Support:
  • Maintain accurate records of student placements, employer feedback, and job market trends.
  • Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations related to training and placement activities.
  • Assist in budget planning and resource allocation for placement initiatives.


  • Bachelor's degree in education, counseling, human resources, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in training coordination, student counseling, and placement services.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills.
  • Knowledge of career development, job search strategies, and recruitment processes.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific requirements and job market trends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, resume writing, and job search platforms.
