Training & Onboarding Coordinator Tamil Speaking

We are looking for an experienced Training & Onboarding Coordinator to join our Home Service team! In this role, you'll ensure new phlebotomists are fully prepared before they begin fieldwork guiding them from interview through training, onboarding, and their first successful appointment.

Key Responsibilities

• Interviewing: Conduct initial interviews with prospective phlebotomists.
• Training Assignment: Assign selected candidates to the appropriate trainers.
• Onboarding Support: Guide new hires through the onboarding process, providing resources and assistance.
• First Slot Readiness: Work with new phlebotomists until they successfully complete their first assigned slot.
• Coordination: Collaborate with trainers, management, and other teams to ensure smooth onboarding.

What We're Looking For

• 24 years experience in coordination, training, HR, or operations (required).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational ability and attention to detail.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Familiarity with healthcare or phlebotomy is a plus, but not required.
• Fluency in Tamil and English (required).
• Must be based in Hyderabad or willing to relocate.
