Job Description

Summary:

We're looking for a skilled Behavioural & Leadership Facilitator to design and deliver an onboarding experience that goes beyond the "what' of the role — and into the "how' of showing up, leading, and collaborating effectively. This role involves crafting learning experiences that help new team members build self-awareness, develop leadership habits early, and integrate into the team culture with confidence.

Responsibilities:

  • Design behavioural and leadership-focused onboarding content, including facilitated workshops, reflection activities, discussion guides, and take-home tools that spark real behaviour change.
  • Facilitate immersive onboarding sessions that go beyond information transfer, building mindsets, interpersonal skills, and leadership foundations from day one.
  • Partner with subject matter experts and team leads to understand the culture, values, and leadership behaviours that define success in the team.
  • Translate insights into compelling, scenario-based learning experiences grounded in real workplace situations.
  • Continuously refine content based on participant feedback, observed group dynamics, and evolving team needs.
  • Create a psychologically safe space where new hires feel seen, challenged, and set up to thrive.

Requirements:

  • Experience facilitating leadership development programs in technology, data, or enterprise environments.

Required Skills:

  • Proven ability to design learning experiences rooted in behavioural science, including habit formation, growth mindset, psychological safety, influence, and self-awareness.
  • Skilled at building scenario-based, reflective, and discussion-led content.
  • Able to connect leadership frameworks to day-to-day realities in a technical or enterprise environment.
  • Deep facilitation skills, with the ability to design transformative experiences.
  • Comfortable with facilitating honest, sometimes vulnerable conversations about leadership identity and interpersonal dynamics.
  • Able to adapt between coaching, teaching, and group dialogue modes, responding to the group's needs.

Preferred Skills:

  • Grounding in behavioural frameworks such as Situational Leadership, Emotional Intelligence, DiSC, Hogan, MBTI, StrengthsFinder, or similar.
  • Experience facilitating diverse, cross-cultural audiences across the APAC region is a strong plus.
  • Coaching qualification or background (ICF, Co-Active, or equivalent) advantageous.
