We are seeking an experienced Trainer with in-depth expertise in Telecom Engineering and Network Testing to provide training. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of industry experience in telecom and technology, with strong knowledge of network infrastructure, protocols, and testing methodologies. This role focuses on developing and delivering training programs that equip engineers and professionals with advanced skills in telecom systems, network testing, and emerging technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver training modules on telecom network testing (4G/5G, VoIP, IMS, IP/MPLS).
- Create comprehensive training materials, including test strategies, test plans, and case studies.
- Conduct hands-on training sessions on system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and regression testing.
- Train participants on troubleshooting techniques, network fault analysis, and performance optimization.
- Provide practical exposure to network testing tools (Spirent, IXIA, Wireshark, Keysight, etc.).
- Develop training labs to simulate real-world network scenarios and performance validation.
- Guide participants in automating test cases using scripting languages (Python, Shell, Perl).
- Ensure training content aligns with telecom standards and protocols (3GPP, ITU, IETF, ETSI).
- Mentor and coach trainees to strengthen their technical expertise and problem-solving abilities.
- Stay updated with evolving telecom technologies (5G, SDN, NFV, cloud-native networks) and integrate them into training programs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer Science, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in telecom engineering with a strong focus on network testing.
- Expertise in telecom protocols and technologies (TCP/IP, SIP, VoIP, LTE, 5G NR, IMS, MPLS, BGP, OSPF).
- Proficiency in network testing tools and frameworks.
- Hands-on experience in test automation and scripting.
- Strong communication, presentation, and instructional design skills.
- Ability to engage diverse learners and adapt training styles accordingly.
Preferred Qualifications
- Industry certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, JNCIE, ISTQB, or 5G Certification.
- Prior experience in delivering technical training or mentoring engineers.
- Knowledge of OSS/BSS systems and telecom operations.
