About the RoleWe are looking for a passionate Java Backend Trainer/Mentor to guide and mentor engineering interns. The mentor will be responsible for delivering technical training, conducting hands-on coding sessions, reviewing project deliverables, and ensuring interns successfully complete their backend development milestones.
The selected mentor is expected to focus primarily on Java backend development, Spring ecosystem, databases, and software engineering best practices.
Key Responsibilities- Mentor a batch of interns throughout the internship program.
- Deliver technical sessions on Java backend development.
- Help interns understand object-oriented programming concepts and backend architecture.
- Conduct live coding, debugging, and code walkthrough sessions.
- Guide interns in building scalable REST APIs using Spring Boot.
- Mentor interns on database design, SQL, and data persistence using JPA/Hibernate.
- Explain layered architecture and backend design patterns.
- Review assignments, coding exercises, and milestone submissions.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive technical feedback.
- Support interns during capstone project development.
- Track intern progress and maintain performance reports.
- Coordinate with Project Managers and Co-Mentors for smooth project execution.
- Resolve technical blockers faced by interns.

Eligibility- B.E./B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
- 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in Java Backend Development.
- Experience working on Spring Boot-based applications.
- Prior mentoring, training, or technical leadership experience will be an added advantage.
