We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Tourism & Hospitality Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional service and experiences to our guests. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the tourism and hospitality industry, with a strong focus on operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of tourism and hospitality services
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract tourists
  • Manage budgets and financial reports
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Train and mentor staff for optimal performance
  • Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and tourism boards
  • Analyze customer feedback and implement improvements
  • Coordinate events and activities to enhance guest experiences

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2-12 years of experience in tourism and hospitality management
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in financial management and budgeting
  • Knowledge of marketing and sales strategies
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
