1. Tour Package Executives

Responsibilities

Create Domestic and international Tour / Holidays packages according to customer needs

Handle packages costing, pricing and itinerary planning.

Coordinate with Hotels, Airlines, Transport Providers, Guide and other Travel Vendors.

Manage customer inquiries through phone, emails, WhatsApp and walk-ins.

Handle all Domestic and international tour packages inquiries.

2.Ticketing Executives

Location - Connaught place

Salary- 20-40k

Responsibilities

Handle Domestic and international flight ticket bookings through GDS / Airlines portals.

Handle customer queries through phone, emails, WhatsApp and Leads.

Support visa, hotel and travel packag teams whenever required.

Maintain booking records and payment follow-ups.

Ticket issuance, reissue, cancelling and refunds.
