Summary:
As a TIBCO Administrator, the purpose of the role is to resolve, maintain and manage clients software/ hardware/ network based on the service requests raised from the end-user as per the defined SLAs ensuring client satisfaction.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Experience in TIBCO major software, BW, EMS, Admin, TEA, Adapters, Hawk, Azure/GCP/Kubernetes cloud, Jenkins CICD pipeline
- Minimum 6-7 years of TIBCO Administration and support experience.
- 4+ years Integration product experience specifically in TIBCO BW6.x and BWCE (Manage deployments, configurations, and performance tuning and troubleshooting)
- Monitor applications using TIBCO tools (EMS, Hawk, Administrator, TEA) and collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Hands on experience in installation, maintenance and upgradation of TIBCO products (BW 5.x/6.x/BWCE, EMS, TEA, Admin and adapters) in both Windows and Linux environments.
- Experience in application lifecycle management and troubleshooting
- Utilize GitHub, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines for source control, build automation, and deployment.
- Experience in creating, configuring and renewal of SSL certificates
- Experience in setting up new environments in both on-premises and cloud environments.
- Experience in configuring the EMS on both LB and FT mode.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and ability to triage technical issues and drive resolution with cross functional teams
- Perform root cause analysis of the tickets raised and create an action plan to resolve the problem to ensure right client satisfaction
Work and Technical Experience:
Must-Have:
- Minimum 5 years hands on experience in TIBCO administration and support relates activities.
- TIBCO Products: Proficiency in TIBCO BW 5.x/6.x/BWCE.
- Proficiency in EMS, Hawk, TEA and other TIBCO adapters (SAP and ADB).
- Troubleshooting: Ability to diagnose and resolve development issues and performance.

Qualifications:
- Education: A relevant degree (Bachelors or Master's) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Certifications: Have Excellent technological skills (e.g., TIBCO BW, TIBCO EMS). Certifications are advantageous.
