About The Role

The Strategy & Operations team works on devising the organizational strategy to achieve its Vision and Mission statement. This team is a sparring partner for various business leaders and stakeholders.

The team also works on complex internal and external projects (including M&A / partnerships, etc.)

Job responsibilitiesmainly include leading a team of managers / analysts whose primary activities include conduct analyses and develop insights, syndicate insights with functional stakeholders, etc.

The Associate Director is expected to play the role of a Sparring partner to different CXOs / senior stakeholders including providing thought partnership, identifying key risks/decision points and drive cross-functional coordination.

The Associate Director is expected to lead any internal / external project end to end and ensure delivery of targeted outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing

Responsible for managing multiple strategic projects and achieving the desired business outcomes.

Provide independent perspective to business leaders on specific problem statements and decision points.

Track all high level and low level project plans identify risks and mitigants to avoid overruns.

Lead the weekly business reviews with HighRadius leadership.

Lead a team of managers / analysts including reviewing the interim deliverables, conducting daily check-ins and provide coaching.

Conduct thorough review of analyses / insights generated by the team to ensure high quality output.

Present findings verbally and in writing to internal and external audiences. Explain complex ideas in terms busy executives can quickly absorb and apply

You have an owner mindset You have experience of working in an extremely fast-paced and fluid environment where ideas can be obsolete within 6 months or less. You are hands-on in solving business challenges and can prioritize ad hoc tactical tasks alongside strategic inputs.

You enjoy working with different stakeholders and managing the complexity of driving org wide transformation projects. You have an eye for data, detail and driving operational excellence within the company.

What you need to succeed:

1. 4-7 years of relevant experience
2. Experience in working with Tier 1 consulting firms (e.g. McKinsey, Bain, BCG) or

Experience in Strategy /Corp Dev roles for fast paced SAAS companies

1. Bachelors & MBA degree (from Tier 1 colleges) is a must
2. Ability to manage ambiguous problem statements
3. Ability to quickly pivot (depending on evolving business requirements)
4. Strategic, analytical and creative thinking, structured problem solving, taking and leading initiatives

1. Ability to marry quantitative and qualitative analysis into meaningful storyboards and insights
2. Excellent problem solving, project management, facilitation and interpersonal skills, ability to build meaningful and collaborative relationships with team members.
