We are looking for a Technical Account Manager / AI Test Automation Specialist with at least 3 years of experience supporting large enterprise customers in technical advisory or customer success roles. The ideal candidate will guide clients in adopting AI-powered test automation solutions, leveraging expertise in front-end web technologies, APIs, and JavaScript.
You will collaborate with DevOps and QA teams to integrate AI/ML-driven testing capabilities such as auto-healing and GenAI assertions into enterprise workflows. Strong technical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and familiarity with test automation or DevOps tools are essential. This role suits a proactive, customer-focused professional who can communicate effectively, drive adoption, and deliver measurable value.
Your tasks
- Working closely with enterprise customers to guide them in adopting AI-powered test automation solutions and integrating them into their QA and DevOps workflows
- Assisting in setting up and configuring AI/ML-driven testing tools, ensuring smooth integration with existing CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks
- Providing hands-on technical support to troubleshoot issues related to APIs, web technologies, and automated testing environments
- Conducting training sessions, demos, and workshops to help customers understand new features and maximize the platform's value
- Collecting feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement and sharing insights with the product team to enhance functionality and user experience
Requirements
- Experience working with Mabl
- Strong understanding of JavaScript, DevOps, web technologies, and APIs
- Experience with test automation tools and CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of AI/ML concepts in software testing and quality engineering
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
- Problem-solving ability with a proactive and collaborative mindset
- Fluent English required
