Sales Officer (SO) / Territory Sales Manager (TSM)- Rural Sales & Distribution (FMCG)

HQ: Bhagalpur, Darbhanga, Madhubani, Agra, Meerut

About XPAND

XPAND builds in-house consumer brands for Bharat and takes them deep into small towns and rural markets. Our current focus categories include sanitary pads, diapers & baby wipes, home hygiene (toilet cleaner, dish-wash bar, phenyl), confectionery, LED lighting, and soya chunks. We scale through a robust last-mile distribution playno aggregation, our own brands.

Role Mandate

  • Expand rural distribution and achieve primary/secondary sales targets
  • Onboard and manage distributors, wholesalers, and key rural retail partners
  • Ensure regular market coverage, beat execution, and product availability
  • Drive visibility, merchandising, and trade promotion execution
  • Track competition, gather market insights, and identify growth opportunities
  • Coordinate with logistics and internal teams to ensure smooth operations

Who Should Apply

  • Candidates with 26 years of FMCG rural sales experience, preferably in home/personal care or similar categories
  • Professionals experienced in distributor handling, retail execution, and rural market development
  • Individuals comfortable with extensive fieldwork, rural travel, and target-driven roles
  • Self-motivated, strong communicators who can independently manage and grow a territory
