Job Description

Key Deliverables:

  • Expand SIM and data-selling outlets to maximize reach within the assigned territory.
  • Ensure existing customer base is effectively serviced and retained.
  • Execute territory-specific GTM strategies tailored to local demographics and customer segments.
  • Drive core distribution metrics such as channel profitability, coverage, and satisfaction.
  • Maintain strong engagement and relationship management with Distributors, Retailers, and Field Sales Executives.
  • Implement targeted marketing and merchandising initiatives to add value across the distribution chain.
  • Generate and analyze market intelligence reports to track customer trends and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate with network teams to address and enhance mobile network experience in the market.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Ensure high-impact execution of sales plans and territory goals.
  • Lead and manage large cross-functional teams to deliver business outcomes.
