- Collect Detail Market information and Competitor information
- Collaborate with PDS staff.
- Recommend/ implement sales promotional tools.
- Regular update of market trends.
- Inventory management with respective distributors.
- Complaint handling
Administrative Roles & Responsibility
- Day-to-day monitoring of the respective sales team.
- Timely submission of attendance.
- Follow-up of team
Financial Roles & Responsibility
- Timely collection of outstanding.
- Submission of promotional/ team traveling Expenses on time
OtherRoles & Responsibility, if any
- Provide Training and guidance to subordinates.
Minimum Requirements (Education, Experience , Skills)
- Graduate / Post Graduate in Agriculture Management from reputed institute/ university
- 3-5 years of sales management experience
- Familiarity with all functions and processes in the organization
- Positive and energetic team player, pleasant/people friendly with a warm personality, and willingness to learn
- Able to communicate to employees at all levels in the organization
