Job Description

Functional Roles & Responsibility

  1. Achieving Sales Figure of his territory.
  2. Forecast on monthly basis.
  3. Set the Goal and Execute accordingly.
  4. Establish a distribution network.
  5. Strengthen marketing team
  6. Coordinate with the team for market development/promotional activities.
  7. Collect Detail Market information and Competitor information
  8. Collaborate with PDS staff.
  9. Recommend/ implement sales promotional tools.
  10. Regular update of market trends.
  11. Inventory management with respective distributors.
  12. Complaint handling

Administrative Roles & Responsibility

  1. Day-to-day monitoring of the respective sales team.
  2. Timely submission of attendance.
  3. Follow-up of team

Financial Roles & Responsibility

  1. Timely collection of outstanding.
  2. Submission of promotional/ team traveling Expenses on time

OtherRoles & Responsibility, if any

  1. Provide Training and guidance to subordinates.

Minimum Requirements (Education, Experience , Skills)

  • Graduate / Post Graduate in Agriculture Management from reputed institute/ university
  • 3-5 years of sales management experience
  • Familiarity with all functions and processes in the organization
  • Positive and energetic team player, pleasant/people friendly with a warm personality, and willingness to learn
  • Able to communicate to employees at all levels in the organization
