Position: Territory Sales Officer (Field FMCG/Beverages)

Key Responsibilities

  • Appoint, manage, and strengthen distributor and retail network in assigned territory
  • Drive primary & secondary sales and achieve monthly, quarterly & annual targets
  • Ensure proper product placement, visibility & availability at retail stores
  • Execute branding, in-store promotions, sampling & merchandising activities
  • Track competitor activities and provide regular market updates
  • Submit daily reporting including beat plan, outlet coverage & sales insights

Candidate Requirements

  • 510 years of experience in FMCG field sales (beverages preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of distribution & channel sales operations
  • Self-driven, target-oriented and comfortable with field-based work
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Willing to travel extensively within the territ.
