Job Purpose
To be the frontline contact to generate leads and complete OTPs for Retail Outlet (RO) commissioning to achieve KPIs.
Responsibilities
Responsible for new business development as per ABP for the division and zone.
Generate new LOAs (MAP TAs identify gaps).
Ensure OTP completion of ROs.
Obtain all NOCs and adhere to statutory compliances.
Manage relationships with bureaucrats and government officials (CCOE, Gram Panchayat, Police, etc.).
- Retail Network Development
Identify suitable land and franchisees for new ROs after trading area analysis.
Coordinate for statutory approvals.
Monitor construction and development of ROs as per company specifications.
Ensure completion of ROs within ABP milestones and commencement of operations.
- Statutory Approvals & Licenses
Submit applications to licensing authorities as per norms.
Liaise with District Magistrate's office and related departments for NOCs.
Coordinate with Legal Metrology and PESO for license approvals.
Conduct regular meetings with franchisees to monitor projects.
Advise franchisees on staff appointments for housekeeping and safety standards.
Maintain cordial relations with vendors.
Follow up with equipment vendors for timely installations and reduced downtime.
Identify training needs of franchisees and forecourt staff.
Conduct on-site training and recommend participants for company training programs.
Ensure alignment between vendors and franchisees for branding and automation.
Ensure 100% completion before RO operations commence.
Qualifications
Qualification:
Graduate Engineer or Postgraduate in Marketing Management
