Territory Sales Manager Healthcare Software (RadarOpus)

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated sales professional from the healthcare or health-tech

industry who can drive adoption of RadarOpus, a leading software used by homeopathic

practitioners for clinical practice and case management. This role requires strong sales

acumen, the ability to build a pipeline, conduct demos, and engage with healthcare

professionals.

Preferred Industries are:- Health Tech, Diagnostic Sales, Pharma Sales, EMR/EHR sales, Medical Equipment Sales.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Pipeline Generation

Develop and execute sales plans for assigned territories.

Build a strong and predictable pipeline through field visits, outbound engagement,

and follow-ups.

Identify and target potential customers such as homeopathic doctors, clinics,

institutes, and healthcare organizations.

Drive end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closure.

Product Demonstrations & Training

Conduct online and offline product demos tailored to customer needs.

Support new users through onboarding and initial training to ensure successful

activation.

Customer Relationship Management

Maintain strong relationships with practitioners and decision-makers.

Address customer queries promptly, ensuring high satisfaction and software adoption.

Collaborate with the support team to resolve issues and maintain long-term retention.

Marketing & Outreach

Organize and participate in seminars, webinars, workshops, and local outreach events

to increase product visibility.

Support marketing initiatives by providing on-ground insights and market feedback.

Reporting & Performance Tracking

Submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.

Analyze sales data, funnel metrics, and field insights to optimize territory

performance.

Candidate Profile

Experience in healthcare, health-tech, diagnostics, pharma sales, medical devices,

or software sales in healthcare.

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Comfortable with technology, software demos, and CRM tools.

Ability to travel within assigned territory.

Self-driven with ownership to meet and exceed sales targets.
