Description

We are seeking a skilled Tender/GeM Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing tender submissions and navigating the GeM platform, ensuring that our bids are competitive and compliant with all regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the tendering process for various projects.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary documentation for tenders.
• Prepare and submit bids on platforms such as GeM (Government e-Marketplace).
• Monitor and analyze tender announcements and opportunities relevant to the organization.
• Ensure compliance with government policies and regulations during the tender process.
• Maintain records of all tender submissions and related documentation.
• Communicate with vendors and stakeholders regarding tender requirements and updates.

Skills and Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in tender management or procurement processes.
• Strong understanding of GeM (Government e-Marketplace) and its functionalities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with government procurement policies and procedures.
