Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Telecaller. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, providing them with information about our products and services, and assisting them with their inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and clients.
• Provide information about products and services to customers.
• Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
• Achieve daily and monthly call targets set by the management.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and regional languages.
• Basic computer skills, including Negotiation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or customer service are a plus.
