Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our team in India. As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers to inform them about our products or services using pre-approved scripts. You will also ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales by identifying and addressing their needs effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Outreach:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to introduce our products or services.
Utilize pre-approved scripts to effectively communicate the value proposition and features of our offerings.
Needs Assessment and Sales:
Engage with customers to understand their requirements, needs, and pain points.
Identify and address customer concerns, and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Close sales by negotiating and finalizing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Data Management and Reporting:
Accurately record and update customer interactions, sales, and other relevant data in our CRM system.
Provide regular sales reports and insights to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to enhance sales strategies and customer interactions.
Participate in training sessions and workshops to improve sales skills and stay current with company policies and procedures.
