Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Delhi, India for a Telesales Specialist. The Telesales Specialist will engage with potential customers to explain and promote healthcare services, manage inbound and outbound calls, and develop strong client relationships. They will identify customer needs, provide solutions, support sales inquiries, and ensure exceptional service delivery. Active communication and sales techniques will be integral to this role.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and Customer Support skills for addressing inquiries and delivering excellent service
• Strong Communication skills to connect with customers effectively and articulate solutions
• Sales expertise, including persuasion and relationship-building capabilities, to drive growth
• Ability to provide Training to colleagues or clients as needed
• Problem-solving mindset and adaptability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced healthcare environment
• Prior telesales experience or knowledge of the healthcare industry is a plus
• Proficiency in local languages and English is beneficial
