Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Specialist based in Dwarka sec 9. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients via phone calls, underlining the value of Startup Khata, and driving subscription sales. Core duties include generating leads, nurturing client relationships, resolving queries, maintaining detailed sales records, and contributing to the company's broader customer acquisition goals. Effective communication and a client-centered approach will be central to the role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in telesales techniques, lead generation, and customer relationship management
• Strong communication, active listening, and customer resolution skills
• Strong organizational abilities to maintain detailed sales records and work within set sales targets
• Familiarity with startups, MSMEs, or financial products is a plus
• Confidence in presenting product solutions and tailoring discussions to meet customer needs
• Prior experience in similar sales or client-facing roles is beneficial
• A degree in Business, Communication, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
