This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Specialist, located in Delhi, India. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for connecting with potential and existing customers over the phone to promote Diagnomitra's healthcare solutions. Responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, explaining product offerings, and closing sales. The role also involves building strong customer relationships, documenting interactions, and meeting sales targets.

• Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries and ensure client satisfaction
• Strong Communication skills, including verbal and listening abilities, to effectively engage with customers
• Sales skills to promote, upsell, and close deals on Diagnomitra's services and solutions
• Training skills to understand and stay updated on product offerings and sales techniques
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and achieve sales goals
• Experience in healthcare or teleconsultation solutions is a plus
• Proficiency in local languages is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
