Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Specialist based in Gurugram. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for conducting sales calls, providing customer support, addressing inquiries, and maintaining effective communication with clients. The role also includes training new team members, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Proven Sales skills and experience in meeting sales targets
• Experience in Training new team members
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in using CRM software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
