Role Description

Driving high-value sales growth through consultative communication, persuasive engagement, and performance-focused execution.

As a Telesales Representative at Destiny Sscience, you will be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle - from prospecting and lead generation to closing high-ticket sales. This role focuses on understanding client needs, building trust through informed consultation, and delivering tailored solutions that align with their personal and professional goals.

Key Responsibilities & Achievements
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic client engagement.
  • Conduct outbound and follow-up calls, converting warm leads into successful high-value sales.
  • Utilize strong persuasion and negotiation skills to close premium consultations and course enrollments.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of product offerings to effectively communicate their value and benefits.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through credibility, transparency, and trust.
  • Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to optimize lead quality and conversion strategies.
