Telesales Representative

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Representative, located in Block D Pocket 63. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling inbound inquiries, providing product or service information, achieving sales targets, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. The representative will also work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless customer experience and follow up on leads generated through marketing activities.

• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Experience in making cold calls and handling customer inquiries
• Ability to achieve sales targets and work under pressure
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools
• Strong organizational and time management skills

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
