Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases.
  • Present and promote our service offerings to prospective leads and direct them to the

  • Understand customer needs and effectively communicate our offerings to meet those needs effectively and close the sales.
  • Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Maintain data on their CRM software and use it effectively for improving business leads.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.

Languages: Good communication in Hindi and Kannada mandatory; Good communication in English is an added advantage.
