Telesales Executive - Only those based in Philippines and UAE need to apply

We are seeking an experienced Tele Caller / Visa Officer with 2-8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client interactions related to visa services, providing assistance with visa applications, and ensuring a smooth process for clients seeking to migrate. The role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of visa procedures, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Please apply only if you are able to do outbound calls for 9 hours per day. If you prefer work from home, that can be arranged, however you need to have your own laptop and a place to work from your home without any disturbance and also good internet speed.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to see if they are interested for migration to Australia (90% of the role is to be on the phones)
• Assist clients in completing visa applications and related documentation.
• Manage and maintain client databases and records accurately.
• Respond to client inquiries and provide timely follow-up.
• Provide guidance on visa policies and procedures based on the client's requirements.
• Prepare and present reports on client interactions and application statuses.

Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Tele Caller or Visa Officer for 2-8 years.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
• Ability to handle customer queries and complaints effectively.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
