We are looking for a Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 0-3 years of experience in telesales and should be passionate about selling over the phone. The candidate should be able to work well under pressure and have excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
Contact potential and existing customers over the phone to promote our products/services
Answer questions about products or the company
Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
Enter and update customer information in the database
Take and process orders in an accurate manner
Skills and Qualifications
Proven work experience as a Telesales Executive or similar sales/customer service role
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets over the phone
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
Good computer skills and experience with CRM software
