Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Triplicane Chennai for a Telesales Executive. The Telesales Executive will manage day-to-day tasks such as contacting potential customers, identifying their needs, and providing relevant service solutions. The role involves effective communication, assisting customers, lead generation, and achieving sales targets while ensuring exceptional customer support through phone interactions.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills to build positive relationships and address client inquiries effectively.
• Experience in lead generation and sales, with the ability to identify opportunities and convert leads into customers.
• Proficiency in customer support functions, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and prompt resolution of concerns.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, on-site environment and collaborate efficiently with team members.
• Relevant education or certifications in business, marketing, or equivalent field is advantageous.
• Prior experience in tele sales or a customer-focused role is a plus.

Salary Range: 12000 - 16000 plus incentives

Freshers are also welcome. Training will be provided
