Job Description:

1. Place outbound calls to prospective customers from a provided list or database.

2. Have a comprehensive understanding of the company's products or services and effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential customers.

3. Engage potential customers in a polite, professional, and friendly manner to build rapport and establish trust.

4. Deliver a compelling sales pitch tailored to the customer's needs and objections.

5. Address customer objections and concerns effectively to move the conversation towards a positive outcome.

6. Schedule appointments for sales representatives or field agents as required.

7. Record customer information and details of each call into the company's CRM system.

8. Make follow-up calls to nurture leads and keep them engaged.

Qualifications:

1. A bachelor's degree in the related field

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

3. Persuasive and result-oriented

4. Basic computer skills for data entry

5. Proficiency in Malayalam, Tamil & English is mandatory.
