Job Description

Job Overview:

A Telemarketing Executive is responsible for initiating sales calls to potential customers, conducting follow-ups, and promoting products or services. The role involves working with a target audience to generate leads, convert them into sales, and provide customer support when needed. The Telemarketing Executive must be able to effectively communicate over the phone, maintain a positive attitude, and meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Calls: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to sell products or services, following scripts and strategies provided by the company.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads, gathering relevant information to pass to the sales team or close deals directly.
  • Customer Engagement: Build rapport with potential customers, answer inquiries, and provide detailed information about products or services.
  • Follow-ups: Call back leads or prospects to follow up on previous interactions, ensuring that all customer questions are answered and concerns addressed.
  • Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of calls, sales, customer feedback, and lead status using CRM software or other tracking tools.
  • Upselling/Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to customers.
  • Customer Feedback: Gather feedback from customers and relay it to the relevant department for product improvements or service optimization.
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure that all sales practices follow company policies and industry regulations.
