We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive student enrollments and revenue growth for our EdTech programs. The ideal candidate should have experience in consultative sales, lead conversion, student counseling, and relationship management. The role involves engaging with prospective learners, understanding their career aspirations, and recommending suitable educational programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and counsel prospective students through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and virtual meetings.
- Understand students educational and career goals and recommend relevant courses/programs.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to enrollment closure.
- Follow up with leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, referrals, and other channels.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly admission/enrollment targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents to ensure a positive enrollment experience.
- Conduct product demonstrations, webinars, and counseling sessions.
- Handle objections effectively and guide prospects through the decision-making process.
- Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to improve conversion rates.
Required Skills
