Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our services and generate leads.
- Handle incoming calls from existing clients and address their queries or concerns.
- Follow up with leads through phone calls and emails to schedule appointments for our sales team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all communication with clients in our CRM system.
- Assist in conducting customer satisfaction surveys over the phone to gather feedback.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop new strategies for improving customer engagement.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance your telecalling skills and knowledge of our products and services.
