Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Telecalling Executive based in Kolkata. The Telecalling Executive will be responsible for managing outbound and inbound calls, providing detailed product or service information, addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions. The role involves achieving weekly and monthly targets, following up with prospective customers, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Telecalling, customer service, and relationship management experience
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools
  • Ability to respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries
  • Previous experience in sales or telecalling is advantageous
  • Graduate degree in any discipline preferred
