Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers, explain product offerings, and generate qualification from the assigned leads.
- Follow up with leads generated through campaigns, inquiries, and referrals.
- Maintain and update customer database (CRM) with accurate call records and status.
- Coordinate with the sales team for scheduling meetings and demos.
- Build strong customer relationships by addressing queries and providing timely information.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calls to achieve the set targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling / inside sales / customer service.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle customer queries confidently and professionally.
- Proficiency in MS Office, email, and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
