Key Responsibilities
Handle telecalling duties with a focus on customer engagement.
Conduct follow-up calls to customers, providing detailed information and assistance.
Use WhatsApp for customer communication and follow-ups.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Assist in building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Requirements
Excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English.
Proficiency in using phones and laptops for professional tasks.
Ability to work on-site; this is not a remote or freelance position.
Preference will be given to candidates from outside Maharashtra.
