Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller | Overseas Education role based in Hyderabad. The Telecaller will handle inquiries from prospective students, provide accurate and timely information regarding study abroad programs, and offer guidance through the admissions and visa processes. Key responsibilities include making outbound calls to potential students, explaining program benefits, scheduling counseling appointments, and maintaining accurate records of communication. Building positive rapport with students and supporting them during their journey is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students and address their queries.
• Proficiency in English and regional languages for clear and persuasive communication, including verbal and written interaction.
• Understanding of overseas education processes, including admissions, visa applications, and counseling protocols.
• Proficiency in using CRM software, data management systems, and standard workplace tools like MS Office.
• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment, with skills in time management, problem-solving, and teamwork.
• Previous experience in telecalling, student counseling, or education consultancy is an advantage.
• A graduate degree in any field is required, with a preference for candidates with an educational or counseling background.
