This is a remote internship role for a Telecaller Intern. The Telecaller Intern will be responsible for making outbound calls, explaining products or services, gathering customer feedback, and addressing inquiries. Daily tasks will also involve maintaining call records, following up with leads, and ensuring excellent communication and customer engagement.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including active listening
• Ability to build rapport and manage customer relationships effectively

• Basic proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office or CRM platforms
• Excellent problem-solving and adaptability skills
• Pursuing a bachelor's degree or equivalent education (preferred)
