We are looking for energetic and persuasive Telemarketing Executives to drive delegate acquisition for our high-profile industry conferences. The role involves calling potential delegates, explaining event benefits, and converting them into confirmed participants.
This is a great opportunity for candidates with strong communication skills and a passion for sales who want to grow in the events and business conferences industry.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential delegates from the given database to promote upcoming industry events and conferences.
- Explain event details, benefits, and participation process in a professional and engaging manner.
- Follow up with interested prospects through calls, WhatsApp, and emails to ensure registration.
- Achieve daily and monthly targets for delegate conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and responses in the CRM or Excel tracker.
- Work closely with the marketing and event teams to share feedback and improve outreach results.
- Support post-event follow-up and relationship building with attendees.
Qualification & Skills Required:
- Graduate in any stream / Under graduate can also apply
- Freshers Welcome
- 13 years of experience in telemarketing, telesales, inside sales, or delegate acquisition for B2B events/conferences will be given preference.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Confident, polite and persuasive on the phone.
- Target-oriented with a strong follow-up and closing attitude.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email communication).
